Malnourished Gain Lifesaver in Antibiotics


It is seen that two new studies concerning malnourished children have produced results which offer new scientific findings as to how malnourishment can be prevented and treated. Apparently, antibiotics play a key role in the ability of children in developing countries to avoid succumbing to malnourishment. Even greater news is that these antibiotics are not costly at all, making access for these children realistic and attainable. Though nutritional treatment is necessary, joint antibiotic treatment will prove to save thousands of lives. These small studies and the subsequent practice of the solution suggested by both will help us end malnourishment. We're one step closer to a healthier world for all!

World Hunger and Poverty: Facts and Statistics

Many do not understand that the poor healthcare seen in underdeveloped/developing countries is due to multiple factors. Two of those main factors are poverty and world hunger. Much like a vicious cycle, poverty makes one unable to purchase food. Therefore, many go hungry, and any money they do make goes straight to buying food for survival. With such an unstable lifestyle, many individuals in such countries do not have the privilege to worry about whether they'll get to see a doctor when they're worried about whether they'll live to see the next day.
