World Hunger and Poverty: Facts and Statistics

Many do not understand that the poor healthcare seen in underdeveloped/developing countries is due to multiple factors. Two of those main factors are poverty and world hunger. Much like a vicious cycle, poverty makes one unable to purchase food. Therefore, many go hungry, and any money they do make goes straight to buying food for survival. With such an unstable lifestyle, many individuals in such countries do not have the privilege to worry about whether they'll get to see a doctor when they're worried about whether they'll live to see the next day.
